Pastor Phil Thompson Bio
Although I was born in Reading, PA, I grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago and moved to the Rockford area in 1982. My wife Steffane and I have been married for 37 years. We have been active members at Westminster Presbyterian since 2017, and I was ordained as a ruling elder in 2018. I recently completed the CLP program at University of Dubuque Theological Seminary, and was just approved by Blackhawk Presbytery to begin seeking a commission.
